Just found out a few days ago that CPR will do the berm starting on Nov 27th.
To prepare for the installation of the berm for the new wash house:
• move the water line out of the way,
• and the second will be to deal with some of the felled trees.
There will be work for anyone of any skill level.
Saturday, Nov 18th… A crew is needed to remove the waterline—this should not be difficult, and there will be work for all hands, no matter what your skill level is. So please come out to help!! 9:00 AM at McDonald’s Landing.
Sunday, Nov 26th… clean up from the trees downed and move some of the smaller trees that will be used in the kitchen renos. We need to peel the timbers that will be used in the kitchen renos. McDonald’s Landing 9:00 AM. Again—lots of work for all fitness levels.
We also have the work party on Friday, November 17th to work on the Peace Canoe at Don’s at 9:00 AM.
We realize that this is short notice. We have been waiting on CPR, and they finally agreed! The plan is to remove the water line, knock down the trees, and clean up so we are ready to go. We need to peel the timbers that will be used in the kitchen renos.
